A repatriate recompense receipt

   According to the agreement reached between the Japanese corporations and the North China Labors Association, the Japanese corporations should pay the Chinese labors. However, the Japanese corporations regarded the Chinese labors as slaves, therefore, the agreement was no more than a blank paper.
The related contents of The agreement on the 7th sending labors to the长野county御岳(土木飞岛组)》reached between the Japanese 土木飞岛组and the North China Labors  Association on Apr 27th, 1944.
Zhang Bichen, born in Shen County, Hebei on Apr 11th, 1908, worked in the Beijing Xinxing Iron Factory in 1944. He provided the gun accessories to the 8th Army secretly at those years. On Aug 19th, 1944, the Japanese fly cop arrested Zhang. In winter the same year, he was sent to the 三井山野 1st colliery as a labor in Fukuoka, Japan. The picture: Zhang Bichen before being arrested.
