Labors Capturing---The appearing of the Japanese enslaving policy

      After the “9.18” incident, cooperated by the puppet government, the Japanese aggression army in China set up the agencies of impressing labors and the labors concentration camps. Thousands of war-prisoners and civilians were driven to the factories and mines in the occupied zones to undertake the heavy works. After the Pacific War broken out, for the serious shortage of civil labors, the Japanese government established the policy of inputting Chinese labors to Japan, about 40,000 Chinese labors were captured to Japan.

    In the night on Sep 18^th, 1931, the Japanese Guandong troop itself exploded a segment of railway near Liutiaohu in Shenyang, but they accused the Chinese army of the exploding. Then the Japanese Guandong troop assaulted the Beidaying Camp in Shenyang, made the world astounding “9.18” incident, and occupied Northeast China later.
