Via Nov 30^th, Beijing: Zhang Qiyue, the spokeswoman of Chinese Foreign Ministry stated here today, that China has always claimed Japan to treat the leave-behind problems of the impressments of Chinese labors during the aggression war in China seriously.
   It is reported that after the negotiation, the Chinese labors in “花冈incident” and the Japanese corporations had reached an agreement yesterday.
   Today, here in the news issuance conference of the Chinese Foreign Ministry, the spokeswoman, Zhang Qiyue said, the impressment of Chinese labors is one of the serious crimes the Japanese Militarism committed to the Chinese People during the aggression war in China. And the “花冈incident” was a very example. She also stated that China had always asked Japan to treat this historical problem seriously.
   As they knew, the Japanese Construction Corporation had admitted the historical truth at those years and apologized to the surviving labors and the family numbers of the victims, said the spokeswoman.
   In addition, on the problem of comfort woman during the Japanese aggression war in China, there is a report that Xia Shuqin, a survivor of the Nanjing Slaughter, had accused some Japanese right-wingers of her reputation right damaging.
   When answered the relative questions of the reporters, Zhang Qiyue said, the standpoint of Chinese government on the war compensation had been stated clearly in the 《Sino-Japan Joint Announcement》.
   The spokeswoman also pointed out that the standpoint had no changes so far. To the leave-behind historical problems of the Japanese Militarism during the aggression war in China, esp. the material examples that still had influences upon the health and the soul of the labors, the Japanese government had the responsibility to treat seriously and should resolve the problems properly, said the spokeswoman.
